It brings session notes, photos, care documents, goals, milestones, rostering and community into one calm, private space — so families always know what happened, what's planned, and how their child is progressing.

The portal is built for the people at the heart of care. Parents and families use it to follow their child's day-to-day journey, upload and sign documents, manage consents, book services and track goals. Support workers use it to manage their roster, clock in and out of shifts with GPS and kilometrage, write session and handover notes, report incidents and keep their training and compliance up to date. Administrators use it to oversee families and staff, build the roster, manage enquiries and waitlists, review compliance and moderate the community.

Better Together Care is a Melbourne-based NDIS provider offering one-to-one disability support, tutoring, babysitting and nannying, respite and household assistance for children and families. The portal is built and maintained by the Better Together Care team to make care more transparent, more coordinated and more personal — so every family feels supported at every step.
